Psychosocial Check · coming soon
The free government survey closed on 2 October 2026. Regulators now point businesses to a list of other tools. We're building a simple, anonymous psychosocial hazard survey around the NSW Code of Practice, for businesses and the consultants who support them.
Our first group of businesses and consultants gets founding pricing in exchange for feedback.
Data, not advice
The survey supports hazard identification. It shows what your workers reported, plainly, with no colour ratings or scores that pretend to tell you what to do.
Assessing the risks and deciding on controls stays with you, your WHS person or your consultant, which is where the Code puts it.
Workers only tell you about bullying, workload or harassment if they're sure it can't come back to them. These rules are built into the system from day one.
Small groups stay hidden
No result is shown for fewer than five people, or fewer than ten for questions about bullying, harassment, violence and distressing events. Small groups can't be worked out by subtracting from the total.
One breakdown at a time
Results split by department or by one other field, never both together, so combinations can't narrow to a person.
Nothing that identifies anyone
No names, emails, IP addresses or exact times are stored with a response. No free-text comments.
Results only after it closes
Nobody sees results while the survey is open, so a late response can't be picked out.
For businesses
Run it yourself
Self-serve, with a flat price per survey by team size, published on the site. No sales call. Built for small and mid-sized teams, including ones under 20 staff. Most businesses would run it every 12 to 18 months.
For consultants
Your brand, your client
Lost People at Work as a tool for your clients? Run the survey under your own branding, take the results into your focus groups and risk assessments, and keep the client relationship. Partner pricing for repeat volume.
Several hazards in the Code, such as poor support, unclear roles and poorly managed change, sit with how people are led. The Psychosocial Check shows how a team experiences the work. A 360now review shows how a team experiences its leader.
